WHAT IS TRICHOTILLOMANIA?

Trichotillomania, also known as trich, is the compulsive need to pull your hair out. This is usually done from the head, eyebrows or eyelashes. This hair pulling results in hairless patches of skin, that the sufferer then feels embarrassed and self conscious about.

The hair pulling is often done as a form of comfort from anxious or negative emotions. Hair can also be pulled when the person is feeling tired or concentrating.

How does it work?

Over 6 weekly, one-to-one sessions, I will teach how all you need in order to reach your goals. The sessions can be done either in person in my offices or via video conferencing such as Skype or Zoom.
