I have been helping people to quit smoking since the year 2000 and this programme is successful that it has helped literally thousands of people to stop smoking. Why don’t these sessions involve hypnosis?

Why do people find it hard to quit smoking?
Most people find it hard to give up smoking because they have certain beliefs about smoking, addiction, nicotine, withdrawal, etc. Holding these beliefs has the knock-on effect of making you feel powerless to stop smoking. All I did was walk away from the problem and returned later on.Usually I’d have smoked myself stupid in getting the matter resolved.
